Orchard NEO does not collect any personally identifiable information when you browse this website except information you willfully submit to us. We only collect Personal Information from you when you: (1) order products and/or services; (2) contact us via email or other means; (3) submit information related to a ministry or ministry service in which you participate, volunteer, or seek information about; or (4) otherwise provide us with your personal information. Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) we collect may include, without limitation, your name, age, email address, phone number, mailing address, username, password, credit card information, place of employment, and church affiliation, if you submit such information. We may require certain pieces of this information to create and maintain a personal account for you or on your behalf. A personal account may be required to enable you to access certain services, ministry environments, or other non-public areas of the Site or purchase products and services on or through the Site. We may use cookies and other available technology to remember your preferences and customized settings, facilitate access to the Site, and verify personal accounts access.

Non-Personal Information

Visitors are not required to register with Orchard NEO to access the public pages of the Site. However, as part of the standard operation of the Site, Orchard or its third-party contractors may collect certain non-personal information from you, including but not limited to your browser type, mobile device type, operating system, IP address, and the domain name from which you accessed the Site. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

While the Site is not subject to COPPA, we are committed to complying with the guidelines set forth by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information on children under the age of 13 without consent from a parent and/or guardian. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed under Ohio law. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Summit County courts.

Acknowledgments

Certain videos on our site contain music by third parties, which have permitted us to use their music and/or through a CCLI license. All such music is subject to any copyrights and licenses indicated in the video itself and/or on the video player page. In the case of copyright: The original copyright holder reserves all rights. Unauthorized duplication is prohibited and a violation of applicable laws.
